0.5 cup Milk 0.5 cup Oats 0.25 cup Yogurt 1 teaspoon Cinnamon 2 teaspoon Sugar
In a container with a leak prof lid mix all ingredients together ( kids will enjoy shaking them up)
Set in fridge overnight or at least 6 hours
When your ready yo eat take them out give them another little mix & that's it enjoy
