Turkey Barbecue Meatloaf is one of my go-to dishes when I want something hearty that the whole family will love. It’s so much lighter than beef meatloaf, but with all that wonderful barbecue flavor, nobody misses a thing!
What makes this recipe really special is how I mix the barbecue sauce right into the meat mixture itself—that way the flavor goes all the way through, not just on top. The combination of Worcestershire sauce with the barbecue gives it such a lovely depth that keeps folks coming back for seconds.
I’ve made this for countless family suppers, and it’s always a hit with the grandkids. There’s something so satisfying about a homemade meatloaf on the table, and this turkey version feels a little lighter and fresher than what I grew up with.
