Try this snickerdoodle recipe for soft and chewy cinnamon-sugar cookies that everyone will enjoy. With crispy edges, chewy centers, and a deliciously spiced sugar coating, these cookies are a crowd please for sure. These snickerdoodle cookies have become very popular with my friends at church — and my pastor loves them. You will too!
This spicy kung pao chicken is similar to what is served in Chinese restaurants. Its easy to make, and you can be as creative with the measurements as you want. The sauce reduces until nice and thick. Substitute cashews for peanuts, or bamboo shoots for the water chestnuts. You cant go wrong! Enjoy!
These brownies always turn out!
A lady I worked with brought this in one day, and it was a hit. Now it is the favorite of all my dinner guests. Its great for a covered dish dinner too. I have made this also without the meat, and it is well received.
Makes great cookies!
Crispy egg rolls filled with seasoned pork, cabbage, and carrots are a fabulous side dish to serve alongside stir-fry dishes. These homemade egg rolls are almost identical to what youd get at a Chinese restaurant! Serve warm with egg roll sauce or soy sauce if desired.
This is my moms special homemade lasagna recipe with a meaty, made-from-scratch tomato sauce and a deliciously cheesy filling. A more traditional homemade lasagna filling would be made with ricotta but my moms recipe calls for a blend of small-curd cottage cheese and Parmesan. I have found none better anywhere. Serve with a leafy green salad and crusty garlic bread.
This recipe has been in my family for years. Its easy to cook, but tastes like it took hours to make! I usually make enough extra sauce to pour over mashed potatoes. YUM!
This delicious lemon chicken piccata dish is exquisite and easy to prepare. The light and luscious lemon sauce really pops without being too acidic; it is simply divine. Serve it with herb-roasted potatoes or lemon-rice pilaf.
